Deborah is Senior Vice President for Policy and Programs for the Anti-Defamation League. She has been with ADL for 18 years, serving first in the Atlanta office as Regional Director for the Southeast, and then as Director of Civil Rights in the national office in New York. She oversees the key policy and programmatic areas in ADL's domestic portfolio, including Civil Rights, Education, Government Relations, the Center on Extremism, and ADL's new office in Silicon Valley on Technology and Society. She has published numerous op-eds and articles on issues at the forefront of the American Jewish community, and has appeared on local, national and international radio and television news programs.
