Feedback requested re: Harbor Justice Center Parking fees.

NOTICE

The Orange County Superior Court hereby provides notice to our neighbors, justice partners and tenants and solicits feedback on the following:

In response to the ongoing fiscal crisis and funding shortfalls for the Judicial Branch, the Judicial Council of California (JCC) has conducted a parking study of the Orange County Superior Court facilities.  The JCC has determined that Harbor Justice Center is financially viable to implement a paid parking program.   Any funds generated would be utilized to supplement maintenance and construction funds which support courts across the state and includes Harbor Justice Center.  At this time there is no scheduled implementation date as there are still several details to work through, such as traffic flow during peak hours, validation procedures, parking fees, etc. 

The Court requests that all feedback or comments to this notice be provided by Friday, May 27, 2016 at close of business.
